President, Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder

As President and Chief Executive Officer of Outlook Technologies, Lou continues to lead Outlook through its fifth year of operation. He is currently directing a successful product initiative with IBM and its value-added reseller network. His nearly ten years of extensive programming experience and entrepreneurial spirit allows him to assist in product development while evangelizing Outlook’s exciting new mission and focus.

Prior to Outlook, Lou was brought in as CTO of Professional Test Administrators (PTA) a startup organization specializing in outsourced Human Resources administration. Lou was critical to growth of the business through development of a service/product initiative which allowed PTA's customers access to employees personnel information. This product currently serves over 9,000 client offices. PTA was purchased by Equifax and serves as the HUB of the Midwest under the name ChoicePoint.

Lou was also integral in developing a networking and computing topology for Argonne Laboratory and the Center for the Synchrotron Radiation Research Institute.

Lou attended the Illinois Institute of Technology, with a concentration in Physics.
